Data privacy notice

The data gathered from the participants in the course of registration for the conference by post, fax or email, or possibly during the implementation of the conference, shall be stored on internal servers and processed by the IPF for the purpose of organising the conference and rendering account. These data shall include, in particular, the participant's full name (including title), company affiliation, status and contact details.

The processing of the data shall take place exclusively for the implementation of the conference in accordance with Art. 6 (1 b) GDPR. Without the processing of these data, participation shall generally not be possible. Voluntary information is designated by means of "*". Your data shall not be processed for other purposes, unless you have granted us separate consent for this. The data shall not be passed on to third parties.

For the duration of the event, the data shall be retained, or stored, and processed. For a 10-year period, the data must, within the scope of the statutory retention duties, be retained or stored for records relevant to accounting. Your data with us shall then be destroyed or erased.

For questions relating to data protection, and for exercising your rights (right of access to the data processed by us, data portability if applicable, right to rectification, to restriction of processing or to erasure), you may at any time contact the internal data protection officer of the IPF (Dresdner Institut für Datenschutz [Dresden Institute for Data Protection]; contact details available at www.dids.de). Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority at any time.

When registering for the conference, you have, in accordance with Art. 6 (1 a) GDPR, the option of giving your consent to the inclusion of your data in a list of participants and to the storage and further use of your data for the sending of information concerning future scientific events of the IPF.
